Items MUST be shipped in suitable containers and insured against damage or loss in transit by the owner or ideally, delivered to my workshop by the owner. Where possible, units will be powered up and tested when delivery is made to avoid any later disagreement about the extent or existence of any problems! On completion of any or no requested work, the owner is responsible for either in person, or courier collection of items, again with insurance. A photographic condition report will be made on receipt and prior to return.
